The Mas is well-designed in terms of interior and dwelling layout. It offers a significant lodging capacity, with independent access for guests.
The buildings and the garden benefit from a carefull and regular maintenance. The estate is ready for immediate occupation. The central gas boiler is new.
Excellent situation for the land, overlooking the village with a superb view. Although located on a hill, the garden has large flat areas, in particular the law between the house and the swimming-pool, and several big terraces to host social events, or sunbathing.
Attractive renting yield: We estimate that renting the 4 appartments can generate a revenue of €23k p.a. after splitting the electricity meters. Finally seasonal renting of the 5 bedrooms located in left wing contributes for c. €12k p.a. On the basis of these estimates the estate can generate €35k p.a of revenues, excluding the private area of the Mas which included the Foyer (living room, dining room, kitchen, veranda) and 2 bedrooms Suite type.
