Home Hunting Contract
By signing a Home Hunting Mandate,we find for you the property whose characteristics you have defined, location and price. The search mandate also allows to benefit from reduced notary fees since in this case, agency fees are not subject to property transfer duties.

Understanding the search mandate
The Home Hunting Contract
Home Hunting allows a potential buyer to entrust a real estate agent with the ability to search for a property (detached house or apartment) according to agreed criteria: Net buyer price , and specifications of the property to be acquired.
This mandate offers the advantage for the buyer of not being subject to notarial transaction fees (7.3% in the Var), and facilitates the search for the buyer.
Finally, and contrary to popular belief, the search mandate does not imply the duplication of agency commission fees in the case of a so-called Inter-Agency search, because in this case the agency commission is shared between the two agents (the 2 agencies) and may under no circumstances exceed the fee amount provided for in the initial mandate.
