After an international career as an investment banker, and years spent in London, Paris, New York, São Paulo and Buenos Aires, I fell in love with the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and its hinterland. What could be more natural than the desire to make known and share the living environment that we appreciate?
Here, the turquoise of the Mediterranean is combined with the ocher tones of the Provençal countryside and the white peaks of the Alps in the background...

The exclusive / semi-exclusive sales mandate
The exclusive mandate is the most frequent in the United States and is developing in France as well. Exclusivity (3 months) shortens the sales period and facilitates the achievement of the target price because the agent is encouraged to invest a larger advertising budget and to concentrate his efforts. This mandate is revocable by Registered Letter with 15 days notice. The semi-exclusive mandate offers the possibility for the vendor to sell his property himself.
The simple sales mandate
The simple mandate gives you the freedom to offer the sale of your property to several agencies, and to sell it yourself without having to pay fees. LRAR. The risk is that the duplication of agencies, and different prices, will have a negative effect on the potential buyer.
The sales strategy must be targeted.
The life annuity sale mandate
The life annuity makes it possible to constitute an additional income, sought in particular by the retirees without direct heirs. We answer your questions relating to its implementation, depending on your situation. Occupied/free life annuity, with or without bouquet, applicable taxation. We will work with the notary of your choice to carry out a simulation.

The research mandate
By signing a search mandate, we find for you the property whose characteristics, geographical location and price we have previously defined. The search warrant also reduces notary fees since in this case the agency fees are not subject to property transfer duties.
