Our services  and fees 

The price of the real estate that we market is understood to be net for the buyer. Commissions are the responsibility of the seller, and vary according to the amount of the transaction and the type of mandate (see below).

Multi-Agent Contract

Several estate agents market your property. Agent fees are paid to the agent who sold. This contract usually valid for 3 months is revocable by sending a registered letter with a 15 days notice.

Sole-Agent and Semi-exclusive Contracts

The exclusivity period (3 months) incentivates the agent to invest more in terms of marketing budget. This often reduces the sales time. With a Semi-exclusive contract, the agent fees are not  if the seller finds himself the buyer. Exclusive and Semi exclusive contracts are valid for 3 months.

Life annuity sale (Life lease)

We work with Notaires to set up Life annuity sales. These sales contracts is a way for retired people without direct heirs to increase their pension.  Life lease can be occupied (the seller continues to live in the property) or free. We can inform you on the different Life lease contracts available in France.
